Do you do custom or personalized orders?
Yes I do! Feel free to message me if you wish to alter any wordings or add a name onto the product.

Are there larger sizes (Plus-Size) options?
Please contact me if you need sizes that are larger than what is being offered. I can do custom sizing for certain items.

 

ON ORDERS

How do I place an order?
Choose your product from our list then click the “Add To Cart” or "Buy Now" button and follow simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number accordingly. If you have any requests, please include your request into the 'order remark' box at the checkout page.

How do I use a discount coupon / code?
Simply enter the code into the field box given at the checkout page. Remember to do this before you make payment.

Is there an express delivery option for international orders?
Yes for certain items! Please contact me to confirm if express delivery can be done for that particular item you are interested in.

How do I amend/cancel an order?
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact me immediately. Unfortunately, we might not be able to do any changes if your order has already been processed as production usually starts as soon as orders are confirmed.

What forms of payment are accepted?
Dinostuffs accepts all major debit/credit cards and payment by Stripe. My production partners are mostly based in the USA and all orders are processed in USD.

 

ON SHIPPING

When will my orders be shipped?

For ready made items, orders will be processed within 24 business hours and shipped within the next 48 business hours. Some custom items will require 6 - 8 business days for production before shipping.

How long does shipping take?
For standard deliveries, items will be delivered to your doorstep in the next 7 - 14 business days for USA customers depending on location. Some international deliveries may take a slightly longer time to reach their destinations, delays are mostly due to customs and transferring of items to local postal services. Express deliveries takes about 3 - 5 business days to reach you on top of production times.

Do I need to pay import taxes for international orders?
We use the most favorable legally declared amount on orders per country to try to ensure import taxes are not incurred. However it is still up to custom officials to tax the item at the end of the day. Buyers will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

How to check delivery status?
You get to see real-time delivery updates of your order(s) with a tracking number. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed.

Will my order arrive in time for special occassions?
I would suggest to order at least 1 month earlier to avoid delays as more orders are expected closer to these occasions. My production partners usually go into overtime mode during these periods to avoid backlogs however postal services might be flooded with a large number of unexpected deliveries too.

 

ON RETURNS/REFUNDS

How to make a return and refund?
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the 'Made To Order' (printed, cut and sewn according to order) nature of our items, we can only refund or exchange if the items arrive damaged or defective. Since we do not hold any inventory, we are not able to exchange items for different sizes.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

How secure is my personal information?

Dinostuffs.com adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.
